He took great care to not damage the walls/doors with his equipment and did a fantastic job on the floors. Turns out that our grout is actually a grey stone color and not sand/dirt/brown color.   I am not someone who typically writes reviews how ever I am so impressed with Superior/Jacob that I wanted to make sure I shared! Recently I was given a... read more white suede chair that had a multiple stains on it that were very visible. I loved the style of the chair and wanted to find a way to clean it if possible. I reached out to several businesses for quotes. The first few quotes I received were extremely pricey but thankfully Jacob from Superior reached out right away and his quote was less than half of what the others wanted.

In addition to the very fast response time and excellent price, Jacob also provided amazing customer service by answering all of my questions and coordinating a way that he could clean the chair outside so that we can respect social distancing.

I would 10/10 recommend him to friends and family and plan on hiring him for all future carpet and upholstery cleaning services! He is great to work with and the chair came out beautifully!   We put our bassinet in storage after our first child, with another one on the way we pulled it out and realized the bright white fabric had turned an off-yellow... read more color. My wife tried multiple home redemies to rid the yellowing but nothing worked and the integrity of the stretch material was becoming compromised. We called Superior and spoke with Jacob. Jacob was extremely professional and set up a time to view the bassinet. Jacob arrived on time and worked quickly. He explained all of the products he was using and asked for approval (something every parent can appreciate). In a quick 30 minutes he was able to restore our bassinet to its original pristine condition. We were AMAZED and are so grateful to Jacob and Superior for their knowledge and service.

If you are looking for a knowledgeable, professional, punctual floor and/or upholstery cleaner look no further! We will use Superior over and over again and recommend to all of our family/friends.
